This cocktail is inspired by the time we visited a local farm and traded some of our vodka for fresh herbs. Let’s just say both items were consumed before we left the property.
Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake it like that lemon juice owes you money.
Double strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
*To make honey thyme syrup: bring 2 cups of water to a boil then add 10 fresh thyme sprigs. Let herbs steep for 5 mins then remove them from the water. Add two cups of honey and stir until fully dissolved. Pour mixture into a mason jar and let rest until fully cooled. Makes enough syrup for roughly 10 cocktails.
